Terms of service

Your use of the VELMONT CLUB website and services is governed by these Terms of Service (the "Terms"). Accessing VELMONT CLUB ("Velmont Club", "we", "us", or "our") or buying from it means you accept being legally bound by these Terms, and along with them our Refund Policy, Shipping Policy, Cancellation Policy, and Dispute Resolution & Binding Arbitration Agreement (together, the "Agreement").

The physical products Velmont Club sells are made available through its sourcing and fulfilment operations. Orders may go out from the United States or through international fulfilment partners, depending on stock levels and on what logistics require.

Consent to Electronic Records

Completing a purchase means you agree to the use of electronic agreements, records, and signatures. What you do creates an agreement that is legally enforceable under the United States Electronic Signatures in Global and National Commerce Act (E-SIGN Act).

Acceptance of Orders

An order may be accepted or turned down at our discretion, purchase quantities may be limited, and an order may be cancelled where we suspect fraud, misuse, errors, or a constraint on supply.

Risk and Ownership Transfer

Once the parcel is delivered to the address given at checkout, both ownership and the risk of loss pass to the customer. Hold-ups involving carriers, customs checks, or border procedures lie beyond our control and do not on their own entitle you automatically to a refund; even so, our support team will help you trace a delivery that is running late.

Customer Responsibilities

It is up to you to give correct billing and delivery details and to observe every store policy that applies. Where misuse of our return or refund procedures is repeated or clearly demonstrated, service may be refused in the future.

Applicable Law

The laws of the State of New York, United States, govern this Agreement, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, and it remains subject to the Dispute Resolution & Binding Arbitration Agreement referred to above.
