So that we can sort things out quickly, please send along your order number, and add a photo of the item whenever it has arrived damaged or is the wrong one. If you prefer, a return or refund request can also be opened through our Refund Portal, which some customers find more convenient. That said, the Refund Portal is entirely optional. Writing to us at support@tryvelmontclub.com is just as valid a way to reach support or to start a return.
